1. That problem because missing translate for 'Other'Note: Please move your translate file to WordPress language folder, because if you save translate file in theme folder,i will lose when update theme.

You must be logged in to view attached files.Dear, Please go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Quick Setup' and add Purchase to update theme via admin panel, if you can't do it, you can use Envato Plugin to update theme.
Also, Please check again because the section 'Additional CSS' in Customizer is feature of WordPress and it not lose when you update theme.

Dear, You can see it in file 'jobica/layouts/forms/register-form.php'.
We're don't recommend edit Jobica theme files because it will lose when you update theme, please text it via use Loco plugin or via translate theme with theme langauge file.

1. I have check your site and create new page 'A Check create page' and i see it still working, please check your site again.2. I have go to Loco translate on your site and click 'Sync' to update language in Jobmonster theme now you can search and translate 'Refresh job'
Note: Please save your translate to WP language folder (see attachment) If you save in theme folder, it will lose when you update theme.

Also, the request form not support add custom field and with your problem, the user can add it in message box.
