Greetings,
One of my paying clients is unable to view the resumes. Please see the 4-page attachment for details:
Page 1: Employer can click on https://www.ikigaiconnections.com/resumes/ and see the list of names.
Page 2: Unfortunately, the paying employer sees an error message when they click on a name: "Your membership doesn't allow you to view the resumes."
Page 3: The paying employer added a resume to their shortlist.
Page 4: The paying employer received the same error message when they clicked on the name.

1 year, 11 months ago #1218452Hi there, We are getting an error message when we click on a resume in an Employer's dashboard. The message reads: "Your membership doesn't allow you to view the resumes." We have been able to view resumes up until now. Why is this happening and how can we fix it please?
1 year, 11 months ago #1218460Please go to Jobmonster/ Settings/ Action control and check the View Resume listing or View Resume details option: https://prnt.sc/f1U0KY7IWomA
If you set the employer with a paid package, that will require the package to view the resume listing or resume details.
Please go to the job package and check can view resume option: https://prnt.sc/kPl2dj3jV3Y_Please recheck it.
