The Jobica not support add postal code for each job location but the Jobica is support custom field. So, you can create new custom field 'postalcode' (see attachment) and require it when Employer post job, and Jobica with display 'postalcode' for Google schema.Dear, I have use Loco plugin to translate it in Hermosa Core plugin (see attachment) Please check your site again.

I think you is duplicate page builder, i see you use Jobmonster with WPBakery demo but use Elementor to build page content, That is different page builder and can't use both on one page. Please check page again.
