    When I tried to upgrade theme , I am getting Error "An error occurred while updating Noo JobMonster: Download failed. Forbidden." I did download and upgrade it manually and now the website is fine but on mobile the issue still persists.

    Dear, if you can't update theme via admin, you can install/setup Envato Plugin to update theme from ThemeForest.

    Dear Support ,

    As suggested I have installed Evanto Plugin and added the token . Still getting error "Added Updating Failed . Download failed. Forbidden." . I have to manually updated the theme and dropdown and menu issue is resolved now.
