Dear, for your problem you need change Post Job action on your site to 'Employer with paid package' in menu 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Action Control'
Then go to WooCommerce product and add new product type 'Job Package' and you can change package 'Job posting limit'

and
https://trend-jobs.ro/jobs/angajam-web-designer-pentru-wordpress-job-100-online/It display ' Expirat ' but still show because It not expired display. Please kindly clearly: In job setting data have 2 day setting 'Job's Expiration Date (Job expiry date to show)' and 'Data limita aplicari - Job expiry date to apply'
Eg job: https://trend-jobs.ro/jobs/coordonator-proiecte-educationale-si-culturale-asociatia-bloczero/ Is 'Expirat' but still show because that job is expired to apply job but not expired to show . Please check again.

the Search on Jobmonster theme use default search query of WordPress and please read more this article to improve search function of WordPress.Also, the Jobmonster theme not limit size for wallpapers. If you want use display good quality wallpapers on Home page, you can use image with size HD 1600x900 px

The resume file in upload folder is fixed in Jobmonster latest version (disable google index resume file ) but when you search Sahil Soygaonkar in google you still see resume file, maybe google cached that file, You can read this article to remove google cached link from your site.
Site speed: the GTmatrix only use to refer speed and i visit your site and i see it flast load. Also, i see issues of your site on GTMatrix and i see problem almost from assets on your site: image, javascript and css file generate from cache plugin, Please kindly check your site again.

- with job https://trend-jobs.ro/jobs/redactor-cunoscator-de-social-media-si-google-ads/ I see the Apply job date is: 28th february but Job's Expiration Date is 26 february, So job will show 'expired'- https://trend-jobs.ro/jobs/web-designer/ - expired, but on jobs page
It show because your site is 'Show Expired Job' Please go to 'Customizer -> Job & Company -> Job List' and change setting 'Show Expired Job' to OFF then clear cache of your site and check again.Best regards.

Dear, The Resumes page is archive page and the Elementor not support build archive page and if you want config seo of page, please create new WP Page with slug 'resumes' then you can use Yoast seo edit it.
Also, you can go to admin menu 'SEO -> Search Appearance' and add setting for resumes archive page in section 'Resumes (noo_resume)'

1. When Candidate apply the job, Jobmonster will send email for Job's Company (not send for administrator) and Adminstrator can see applications list on admin menu 'Job Applications'
2. No, You need login with Employer account was created to see dashboard.
3. The Jobmonster is support setting 'Custom Application Link' allow Company add custom URL for Candidate apply job.

Dear. default theme will show user icon on Nav bar but you not use 'Show User Menu' on 'Navigation Bar'
