1. in Jobmonster, if Post Job set is 'Employers' then all employer can view job. In Jobmonster old version it work same but the setting 'View Detail Resume' still can select 'Employers with Paid Packages' ( you can check your site with Jobmonster old version) In new version we're add js to disable select 'Employers with Paid Packages' of 'View Detail Resume' for clearly.2. Please go to 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Member menu' and select menu Manage Plan in settings.

Dear, W3 Total Cache plugin have: data cache, page cache, browser cache, js minify... and Autoptimize plugin only have js minify. You can remove Autoptimize plugin or not use W3 Total Cache js minify to use Autoptimize plugin plugin.

Dear, i check your site and i see that proble because you allow all Candidate to post resume, please go to menu 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Acction Control' and change setting 'Post resume' to 'Candidates with Paid Packages' i will show select package when post resume if the candidate not have package.

You can create Free package with limited time for customer use trial. After expired free package, if customer want continue will buy paid package.
And the Jobica is support check allow customer buy once time Free package if you don't allow re-purchase free package in setting 'Jobica -> Packages'
