The installed them does not reflect what is intended

Hello, I installed the theme but it does not reflect what is expected. I tried in every way described in the forum and documentation. Five times, manually creating folders and copying files, installing theme package, installing the only wordpress package, every time I get the same result: The sliders, menu, and other content are not loaded.

Dear, i see your site is empty site. i think you not import theme demo data ? If you can't import theme demo data, please kindly send for me admin account your site via private reply, i will check to help you import demo data .

Yes, You are right. But the matter is I'm not able to import it. There is no section for that.

I usually find it in appearance section in other templates, but here I can't find it.

I have added some data manually as described in the read me file in demo content.

But anyway the part of demo site is not reflected.

Slider was added but it is not reflected on the site, some widgets as well.

Dear, i have check your site and remove duplicate menu item on Main menu, Now please check your site again.
