1. I see the full adress autocomplete still working (see attachment), that problem because you need save Company Profile before post a Job2.You can't post job because you not Update company profile.
3. You can change text via use Loco plugin to translate theme.
4. I check your site on mobile i see the Search Now button still working, please check again and give for me more details your problem. i wil check to help you.
5. The Jobmonster use Boostraps Select Js plugin and it not support add remove button in selected list.

Dear, That problem because you use Elementor to custom header and footer of theme,
When use custom header and footer with Elementor, the theme will load header file of Elementor plugin , not load file header in theme.
The noo page header include in file header of theme but theme not load file header in theme. So, your site will missing noo page header, please check again.

Dear. It depends in your budget but i think with 500+ jobs and 1M Views a day, you can use base from VPS 2 core + 2-4GB RAM. Later, if you have a lot of jobs and views, you can upgrade your VPS, don't worry.
