3. To disable Custom add new Location, please go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Custom fields -> Job' change 'job_location' field type to 'Multiple Location' and check again.
4.I think that problem with Google Map Api, please go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Location' and check Google Map Api setting again.

Dear, The Jobmonster not support create section in Post resume page, it only support add custom field and order fields, if you want do it, please go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Custom fields -> resume' and click row to order and you can add new field in here.
Also, if you want re-order field of Education, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme. then copy file 'noo-jobmonster/layouts/resume/resume_detail.php' paste to 'noo-jobmonster-child/layouts/resume/resume_detail.php' then edit file 'noo-jobmonster-child/layouts/resume/resume_detail.php' you will see fields of Education section to re-order'

Dear, the default theme will redirect it not is Employer go to 'Post a job page', you want redirect to post resume if user is Candidate, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme and add custom code in file theme's functions.php
