If candidate logged in , then click on any item below "Employer" section
like "post job" it redirect to manage resume or redirect to home page.
it should display massage to inform user this allow only for employer

Dear, the default theme will redirect it not is Employer go to 'Post a job page', you want redirect to post resume if user is Candidate, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme and add custom code in file theme's functions.php
