I think that problem because your hosting missing WordPress htaccess file or htaccess file is wrong for WordPress. Now i see your site is work but when your site give 404 error, please check file htaccess file on your hosting.

Dear, The Google Speed Test does not reflect completely if you visit your site and it still load flast. Also, i see your site use WP Fastest Cache plugin and it limit feature: Page cache, browser cache... you can switch to use W3C Total cache to use: browser caching, cache header.

1.Logo not change: I check your site i see your home page use own logo in page setting, please go to edit your home page and click 'Clear Image' to change that page use Logo in Customizer
2. Your site use Elementor Demo, so with some text you need translate in Jobmonster Elementor Addon plugin, please check again.

Dear, i think that problem because the setting in 'Yoast SEO plugin' Because i check jobmonster without Yoast SEO plugin it display tagline like attachment. You can deactivate Yoast SEO plugin to check again or check Yoast SEO plugin settings again.
Dear, you don't understand my reply, It not dependent image size, because it use background cover It dependent to image content, eg if you use text in image, It will be cut on responsive screen. You can use images with content less impact when responsive on screens.

I have told you so many times, Please don't custom/add/edit any code in jobmonster theme folder, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme to add custom.
