Dear, that problem because your site not allow customer can register on your site, please go to admin menu 'Jobica -> Settings -> Member' and check setting 'Who can Register? '

Dear, i check your site, i see that problem becaus you use custom theme file but wrong html tag (see attachment) i have remove it on your site, now the custom field is work but you need delete cache after save to see data saved, because the cache plugin on your site not clear cache of that page, you can disable when user login or disable cache plugin to check again.

The Re-post action only change job post date and not change job featured status, that problem because currently job is featured, you can un-featured job before re-post job.

Dear, You can't edit job page with elementor because it's job archive page and Elementor not support edit archive page, like with some page: Candidate archive, Member page, you will can't edit it with Elementor.
1. If you want do it, please go to Jobmonster -> Custom Fields -> Job and change Job location field type to 'Multiple Location with Input'
2. You can use Loco plugin to change it via translate theme.
