Hi Nootheme,
I was testing this on my staging site (tried on both child theme and not using child theme) and found same issue:
I have 3 packages on my site:
- Free Posting (Free)
- Featured Job (Paid)
- Featured Company and Job (Paid)
Below is the issue I've found:
- Employer buys Featured Job and posts job (all good)
- Job appears as a Featured Job (all good)
- The job expires and employer clicks repost job from employers dashboard - they are prompted to select a new package (all good)
- Employer selects Free Posting this time - all good
- Employer clicks repost job - all good
- The job is reposted - but is posted as a Featured Job again?
The job should be reposting as a Free job and not a Featured job again. Thought the problem may be related to my child theme so switched away from child theme to test again with same results.
Can you try on your site to see if it is a bug that needs to be fixed?
Thanks in advance.

The job is reposted - but is posted as a Featured Job again?
The Re-post action only change job post date and not change job featured status, that problem because currently job is featured, you can un-featured job before re-post job.
Best regards.

But, I see this as an issue because it means someone can purchase a Featured Job once and continue to edit/repost the job without ever having to pay again? Yes, I realize I can un-feature the job from Admin but that is not realistic to manage on a larger site.
I hope you agree this is a problem and will look for some kind of fix in a future release.
Thanks again.
