Our custom fields are not saving when users update them. It says 'your profile is updated successfully' but then it reverts back to old data.
Please can you advise?

Posts: 40This reply has been marked as private.Dear, i check your site, i see that problem becaus you use custom theme file but wrong html tag (see attachment) i have remove it on your site, now the custom field is work but you need delete cache after save to see data saved, because the cache plugin on your site not clear cache of that page, you can disable when user login or disable cache plugin to check again.
