Using the widget, I have setup the company and candidate menus, however, even after a company or candidate logs in, they are still only seeing the primary menu.
Can you check my setup?

We have a login to your site and see the widget nav and have two navigation menu. Maybe the nav widget is your custom and where the widget display?
If you want to change the menu for each user type, you can change the code at file
wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/navbar.php
Thanks.

Posts: 58Apologies, I do not understand what you mean by:
"We have a login to your site and see the widget nav and have two navigation menu. Maybe the nav widget is your custom and where the widget display?"
Isn't it possible to add the menu locations based on the name of the widgets? See screenshot attached.

Can you look into this prior to your weekend? We are hoping to do beta launch and I need this feature to be working. This may be a simple setup issue.

Thanks for your feedback.
We spent a lot of time to check your question. In this case, you need to change the source code if you want to display separated menu for an employer or a candidate role. Thus, if you have knowledge about PHP language, please go to {root}wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/navbar.php - This is the php file which Nav Bar menu is located in.
In addition, this is a customization question so you should check it by yourself.
We are so sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,

Posts: 58@Tracy - thanks for your reply, but it does not make sense according to the Nootheme Jobmonster documentation. Could you see if @Jackie could assist looking into this?
As the documentation states, I I am trying to configure the Primary nav in the (primary header), Menu widget 1 (candidate) in the left header and Widget menu 2 (employer) in the left header (see screenshot). Can you confirm my setup is correct?
If you find the process is setup correctly, I would like to troubleshoot myself, but will need you to supply the following 2 pieces of information:
1. Step by step process for should be setup in the UI
2. Where can I find that the Left Header is referencing Menu widget & Widget menu 2?
Thanks @Jackie!

Thanks for your feedback.
Firstly, we are so sorry about the information in our documentation. This documentation is written when the first version of Jobmonster is released so now there are some sections which don't match.
Currently, we don't support 3 menu locations as the documentation described. We only support 1 menu location to display the primary menu. Therefore, if you get access to your website with the employer/ candidate role, only the primary menu will be shown. That's the reason why you don't have a menu left or right as your talk.
We also update our documentation to match with current version soon.
We are so sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
NooTheme

Posts: 58It appears that MOST of the items in the documentation do not match what I 'thought' i had purchased. Can i get a refund? I have spent weeks reviewing 'old' documentation with items that we need not working properly.
Please let me know if I can get a refund and go to a different them.
