i mean is it possible to arrange the companys like a shuffelmode. so not alphabetical. Ideally, I will specify which companies will land on the 1st page, which on the 2nd page, and so on.

I also don't know how to edit the fields "Firmen Beschreibung" and "Name der Firma". The other fields can be set in custom fields. But not these 2. See picture.

I've checked,
my user has the role of admin and the new email is deposited there (see attachment). i had to change the new email ([email protected]) directly in the database, because i had the same problem there before. the new email address also receives emails.
But what do you mean by registered on my website?
ther is no email confirmation which arrived my new email, i have checked.
