If you want to hide the weekend filter, you can add these lines to the Custom CSS:
.search-class-weekday .filter-day-0,.search-class-weekday .filter-day-6{
display: none;
}

These CSS libraries are load from wordpress core, and plugin Woocommerce.
You can use cache plugin to optiomize for them.
Eg: W3 Total Cache.

1. If you want to hide the weekend class, then you should choose another day instead of the weekend to open the class.
2. I cann't fix this problem now, I will consider it. If possible, I will update it in later version.

Will the malware script be added back after you have scanned it with the ManageWP plugin?
If the problem comes back, you can do 1 of 2 ways:
** Way 1: If you have a Backup version from before, you can use it again. Later, you update the latest version for the Theme and Plugin.
** Way 2:
- Step 1: You backup (backup) the current Website version data, and download it to your computer.
- Step 2: You go to the backend => Tools => Select Export => Select All content and click Download Export File
(This step will help you export all the articles, page of the Website to an xml file, but this file follows the standard of WordPress so it will automatically remove the data tables not belonging to the WordPress code)
- Step 3: Visit WordPress.org and download the latest WordPress version to install on the host.
(use a new set of code so 100% is completely clean :)).
- Step 4: Create a new database and install WordPress.
- Step 5: Copy the wp-content/uploads folder in the data you backed up in step 1.
And opening each folder in this to clean. This folder is quite simple, it is to delete all files WITHOUT an extension .jpg .gif .png .doc .docs .pdf
Step 6: Uploads folder you cleaned up on Hosting installed the new WordPress page in step 3 (Download to the corresponding folder wp-content/uploads)
Step 7: Login to the new WordPress site installed in step 3.
Go to Tools => Import => WordPress (Click on the word WordPress to install the feature to allow importing data into the Website)
Click again on Tools => select Import
Now select the Export file in step 2 and click Upload and Import and follow the instructions.
Once completed, you need to select the menu and set home page again.

Currently all shortcode in Yogi themes support only for WP Backery Page Builder instead of Elementor.
I helped you build the home page with WP Backery Page builder instead of using Elementor.
If you want to use the "container boxed", you can checkbox to this option.

Currently, Noo Timetable only supports importing events via the .ics file and does not support importing with poster and event detail. You can only add poster and event description after import is completed.

I checked the holiday for class and it still normal works.
eg: Currently you are selecting on 28/6/2019 as a holiday, classes will not show on this day.
but if you choose a class in "Select Classes in Holiday" => this class will display if there is a calendar that matches the holiday.
