Closing Apply: Date limit to apply for a job
Job expiry date: Date limit the job is displayed on the site.
If you only use the same day, leave the Closing Apply field blank.

3, The function featured job is used for job package. Whenever the user enables a Job Featured, the number of Job Featured will decrease by 1 and update to the database. So I don't think there's any reason to reverted it.
2, Currently I can not help you update this problem, it takes quite a while.

2. There is currently no this option for Job Detail.
You can use Child Theme and custom the "detail-style-2.php" file (/wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts/job/single)

Are you sure the user has been deleted?
You go to WordPress Dashboard -> User and check again.
Because when the user is deleted, Website will not be able to retrieve emails to send Job information.
