You should not use the Autoptimize plugin to compress js. This causes some jquery errors -> The employee buttons do not change tabs. (If you use W3 Total Cache then it is not necessary to use Autoptimize ).
- Image not show:
I am not sure about this.
Some images are base64 encoded, probably for lazyload function (image slider not show). Currently you can disable this function and check again. (Currently, I have disabled the Autoptimize and Smush plugins)
You can remove the browser cache before reload your site.

For assign a custom icon to terms of custom taxonomy called "job_category" is necessary modify the style-grid.php in /noo-jobmonster/framework/admin/shortcode/resume-category but this is not ovveridable in child theme?

Another and last question: Why if I use resume category with style grid shortcode I have a non-pretty permalinks to resume categories, instead I use resume category with list style I have pretty permalinks?
It looks like the url on "style List" is incorrect. It returns the job list, not the resume.

You can disable the upload file by uncheck the option "Enable Upload CV".
Jobmonster -> Settings -> Resume tab -> Enable Upload CV

- Remove rgba: I used the child theme and customize the heading.php file (/noo-jobmonster-child/layouts/)
- All of your custom CSS, put it in the style.css file of Child theme.
The .less file is only for web developers (to work it needs to be compiled into a .css file).

You can try the following:
You create a new tab on browser with the link to the Customizer. Then you go to Appearance and update the theme.
After the update is complete, go back Customizer link, make a small change and "save" again.
