I checked, it seems that Jobmonster currently does not support translate this text.
You can unzip the attachment and copy it to "languages" folder (wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/languages/).
Later you go to Loco Translate -> Noo Jobmonster -> click "Sycn" and try again.

Before update to verion 4.6, you should backup your site. You can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/
After backup complete, you update to version 4.6.
Note: You should only use 1 "page builder" on 1 site.
If you want to use Elementor, you will have to rebuild the page.

Some notes for Jobmonster functions work properly:
- Jobmonster only support 2 user role: Employer and Candidate.
=> You need to set the role person to post the job to "Employer" instead of Editor.
- Create a Company name:
and assign to user employer.

1. Register an Employer account (from frontend)
2. Create a job with the above account.
3. Register a Candidate account.
4. Candidate apply to the above job
5. Check email.

Your theme still old version.

- Remove "Landmark" theme.
- Remove all plugin.
- Reset Database
- Login Themeforest -> download the Landmark last new version
- Install again.
