First of all you should enable Child Theme.
1,2. You can add these lines to style.css of Child Theme:
.widget .widget-title{
font-size: 16px;
}
.noo-page-job-heading-4 .page-sub-heading-info .company-title{
font-size: 20px;
}
3, Company doesn't have list style. Currently there are only 2 styles: Grid and Alphabet:

Hi,
The default "Post a Job" menu item is always displayed.
Earlier, maybe you have used custom CSS to hide it.
You can wait for next update (in this week). We will add options so you can turn off this menu item.
Also some links does not appear in the menu at all: in my case "Curricula Visti" (which is "viewed resumes") is not there.
This issue will also be updated in the next release.
