    can I expect an answer here? sorry, but this upsets me ... selling software that doesn't work and then support is unavailable when it gets to problems that exceed tips like "please update plugin"...

    Hey there,

    still doesn't work... monthly works, weekly not.. pop up doesn't show image.. I don't know, which malfunction comes next.

    Can I have my money back? Costumer is waiting, so I have to switch to another plug in...
