    Sorry for the late response.

    The FTP account response the empty folder, please check the FTP setting again.

    And how we can the 500 error when Google is fetching the URLs? Please let us know again.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We have disabled the index for uploads folder.

    It will don't index the attach file again.
