2. With the advanced search field, you can use the Loco Translate to translate the field.
We also found the issue with the language folder on the theme, we have checked your site, found the folder Lingue. It can make the theme can't translate. If you do any custom with that folder. Please check it again.

The stock using for all the attribute, but it only shows when you select the attribute, this is the logic of WooCommerce, not from us. If you want to always show the stock info on the variable product, you can add the custom CSS below
