    It can't use the CSS to remove that menu, it needs to change to many source code.

    1. With the requirement: require complete profile before view job details. Yes, we can help you do that custom.

    2. With the profile sync with mail chimp, can you give us the sync addon? We need to research first, but I think we can do it because the MailChimp also supports the custom field on the MailChimp list.
