Sorry, we can't make the property with no status as sold property, because you can submit property without status. The sold property is set when the user makes it sold.

If you want to move the property with no status, please change it via the back-end.

Yes. That is the default footer background image. But you also can change that image via the customizer/ Footer/ Footer background image.
