I have checked and helped you import the demo data. The import demo data returns an error, but all the pages have been completed to import on your site. I just checked and saved the config to fix the issue, and used the Search & Replace plugin to replace the demo URL with your site URL.

You can change the text in the job package with the Loco Translate plugin. Please go to Loco translate/ theme, select Noo JobMonster, and click to add a new language with English. Then search the string you need to change.

You can change the custom field to change that label.
