I have checked your website and the source code, you can't translate the shortcode via the string translate option of WPML. For some shortcodes, it doesn't show the shortcode content as the string to translate. It will decode the config.

To avoid the job status change to expired, you can increase the Job's Expiration date field: https://prnt.sc/8UUNS2jMt5vP

Or change the source code at file: wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/framework/job/job-expired.php line 18-40 to disable the cron action for the expired job.

1. line 244-260  the code for the span: job-company

2. line 270-281 the code for the span: job-type.

The string in the shortcode is the encoding of the WPBakery. You can’t translate that string, it will doesn’t work when you change the code.

I have checked the source code, it can't remove or change the post_type=noo_job at the end of the URL of the search result page. It uses the post type to get the correct data for the search.
