I have checked your website and the employer package for the Ecom user. I don't know why it can't get the package info from the user_meta. So I have bought another package for that user. It still displays the current package when the order status is activated.

The job package will store to user's meta when the order status is activated. It works fine now. I will come back to check it later.

I have changed the source code at file: /wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/framework/job/job-template.php line 118 to help you change that order.
