Do you use child theme? You create a folder in noo-jobmonster-child named layouts, next you create another folder in layouts named job then you create a file named job_package.php. Inside the noo-jobmonster theme folder, follow the path as you just created above layouts / job and navigate to the job_package.php file, copy the content in this file and paste it into the job_package.php child theme file you just created. . I will take a picture where you need to edit the text please see image
