Jobs and Resumes are not updating in real-time. First, we have to log out and log in then only it is getting updated.

I don't understand what you mean, you can describe it more clearly with a few screenshots.
When a student is adding a resume, Deleting a resume etc. After adding the resume. It is getting uploaded in the back end. But in the front end it remains the same. After log out and then logging in the resume added is getting updated.
Same goes for the company adding new job, Deleting old job.
