Dear, In current version of Jobmonster only support custom redirect for Job Post page, if you want do it, please install and switch your site to use Jobmonster Child theme, then add custom code in file functions.php of child theme ( Change 'the_page_url_after_job_posted' to page url you want redirect )

We're can't help you to add all resume fields to profile of candidate, Please clearly: because in Jobmonster theme, the Candidate can create many Resume for each Job Categories and it save as custom post type in WordPress and it's separate with Candidate data.So, if use Resume field as profile field, the Candidate can't create different resumes.
Also, you can create/edit fields of Resume, so if Candidate want edit any resume field, they're need go to edit each resume.
