Sorry, the theme not support display hamburger menu in the menu Shop on mobile menu (<=991px) because it will break the style of theme. Best regards.

Dear, That problem because the demo data of Jobmonster use Elementor old version, I don't understand why it not work with elementor latest version.
To fix your problem: Please use WP Reset plugin to reset your site, then go to admin menu 'Elementor -> Tool -> Version Control' and 'Rollback Version' Elementor to version 2.7.5 then import elementor data demo of Jobmonster.
After import Jobmonster demo data with Elementor, you can update Elementor plugin to latest version.
