Dear, maybe that problem because your site still use Jobica theme and Jobica Core plugin old version, please kindly update Jobica theme and Jobica Core plugin on your site to latest version and check your site again.

You want hide only text title ? Sorry, the theme not support it, if use page setting 'Hide Page Title' it will hide all heading of page, for your problem, you use setting 'Hide Page Title' to hide all page heading, then use 'WPBakery Page Builder' to build row like heading you want

Dear, That problem because the page Post Job have slug conflict with Resumes archive page slug, I have change Resumes archive page slug to 'resumes' (see attachment) Now, the page Post Job is working, please check your site again.

Dear, If you can't update theme update functions of Jobmonster, you can install and setup
Envato Market WordPress Plugin to update theme from ThemeForest or sample, you can download theme form ThemeForest then replace current theme foder via FTP or Cpanel.Best regards.
Sorry, the theme not support you to do it, if 'Hide Page Title' will hide all heading of page, then you can use 'WPBakery Page Builder' to build row with background you want use for heading.

With plain ftp insecure option still not login to FTP of your hosting. Now, you can fix it with your self, Please:
1. Go to file 'noo-jobmonster/framework/admin/noo_form_handler.php' and search code (see attachment change-code.png ):

Change to :
