Dear, The Single Company is support setting Cover image use for heading, if setting missing, theme will use default background image.
If you want change default background image you can use hook filter:

Sorry, for #1, #2 You can change it via translate NooTimetable with text domain 'noo-timetable'
for #4: Sorry, the theme not support custom it, you can use custom CSS to hide it on frontend.
If you want change text you can do it via translate theme. And the plugin not support custom setting in admin, the plugin will use site date format in frontend.
