How to change single company page heading background image?

The heading background images on the single company page seem to be hard coded, how do I change it?

Dear, The Single Company is support setting Cover image use for heading, if setting missing, theme will use default background image.

If you want change default background image you can use hook filter:

add_filter('noo_default_page_heading_image', function($image) {
    if(is_singular( 'noo_company' ))
    {
        return 'YOUR_IMAGE_URL';
    }
    return $image;
});
