Dear, Pelase kindly clearly: the class excerpt on modal will display excerpt if that class has excerpt data (see attachment) and if no, it will use class content to display.
For your problem: I see most class on your site not have excerpt data and modal will use class content to display, and I think maybe the content will be trim by 'Class excerpt length' setting on modal. To display full content, please go to admin menu 'Noo timetable -> Settings' and change setting 'Class excerpt length' to big number, eg: 9999

Dear, You want tell the Job Company in email notice of Job Alert ? We're will display Job Company in job alert email in next update version.
Also, for WP All Export issues: because the Company is custom post type and it link to job with company id, so whe export, it will export company id. and date expire job save with timestamp. And the WP All export is 3rd plugin and we're can't help you to fix it.

Dear, because the Jobmonster not support breadcrumb, So, if you add breadcrumb, it will break style of jobmonster. If you still want add it, you can add it file header.php of jobmonster.
