Dear support,
When I had a user from social media his profile is not absolutely accurate. It's without a role. Also how I can administrate users to assign a role or reset a password. The standard menu from WordPress doesn't catch the users.
My Best Regards,
P.

Actually, the problem is when the customer is logged in via social media can't choose what to be - employer or candidate, therefore he doesn't have any privileges and the account isn't save into the user admin menu.
3 years ago #1212682Dear, After singup with social, the Jobmonster will display a popup to select role like attachment, I think your problem because the customer is ignore it.
Best regards.
