1, The date not show on single job because custom css on your site and css on file your theme's style.css (see attachment) please remove it.2. The Map not show in single job because you need enable field '_full_address' and select job address in map. I have login to your site then go to admin menu 'Jobmonster -> Customfield' and enable '_full_address' in Job tab. Now you can edit job and select address again.

So sorry, i'm mistake with Jobica theme.
If you want add custom menu for Employer and Candidate dashboard page, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme, then copy file 'user-menu.php' from 'themes/noo-jobmonster/layouts' theme paste to 'noo-jobmonster-child/layouts/user-menu.php' then you can add custom menu for Employer and Candidate in 'user-menu.php' file of child theme.
1. Add menu for Employer, please add custom code before line code (see employer.png in attachment)
2. Add menu for Candidate, please add custom code before line code (see candidate.png in attachment)
