Dear, if you want do it, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme, then copy file 'noo-jobmonster/layouts/user-menu.php' paste to 'noo-jobmonster-child/layouts/user-menu.php'
Then you can edit file 'noo-jobmonster-child/layouts/user-menu.php' and search to remove menu item you don't want display.

Dear, plugin update Jobica theme to latest version 1.2.3 from ThemeForest, then update plugin Jobica Core to latest version included in theme. in new version you can use hook to add custom filter select type.
Example, after update theme and plugin core to latest version, please switch your site to use Jobica child theme and add custom code in file functions.php of child theme.

1. To remove logo in left of Blog page, please go to menu 'Customize -> Blog -> Single Post' and un-check setting 'Show Author's Avatar'2. If you want change image size in Blog page, please add custom code in file your theme's functions.php

Dear, i have check Jobmonster on my localhost i see when approve job in admin, the job count of Locations is update. Then i check your site, i see the Job in Hoa Binh is updated, I see your site use Cache plugin, i think that problem because cache not update, please clear cache and check your site again.
