Dear. i think that problem because your site not install and active LandMark Core plugin. please install and active noo-landmark-core-2 plugin (instaill file included in theme package) on your site before use theme.

That problem because you not add custom code for Employer login, you only add custom code for Employer register,
To change URL after employer login, please add custom code in file functions.php of your theme.
