I clicked on Approve icon at the Action column already, and sent mess for candidate but the screen still displaying "No application approved" and there is no mess has been sent for candidate.
PLease help me.

3 years, 10 months ago #1178101Those steps you told me are about the Job posting approve (the picture below), but my issue is Application Approve. The employer can not approve candidate's application on their dashboard. Please check again for me. Thank you

I have checked it again, it seems that the job you created is not assigned to any company. eg job 'Graphic Logo Design' is empty company like attachmentYou should create a Job from the frontent instead of the backend to ensure the Job is assigned to the corresponding Employer.
