Dear, i have check Jobmonster again. i see a problem in filed 'Feature Resume Limit' value display, mean if the value is 0 still work (you can check package on front-end) but in admin always display 1. We're will fix it in next update version.

I have check Jobmonster again, i see a problem in Noo Resume shortcode with 3 columns. we're will fix it in next update version.Also, i see the style like Image in Jobmonster called job list column, i don't understand why call it that way, for your problem, you can use Job Grid style.
