    .header-2 .navbar.navbar-static-top .navbar-nav > li > a {
    color: #333;
}

    Hi,

     

    Perfect.

     

    Finally, why can't I increase the size of my logo? It is stuck looking very small and customizer won't let me increase the size.

    Apologies for asking for so much help all at once - I love the theme by the way!

    I see your logo blank space is big. You can change your logo like attachment.
