Hi NooTheme,
Additionally to your sort criteria we would like to sort the listing of the jobs in 3 groups. Paid / Free / External Jobs. Within the groups it should be sorted by Date. It would be great, if wie could also sort by the date of "last modified".
What we have done:
We have implemented in our Website one Custom field with 3 options. We would like that the listing of Jobs are sorted in the following way:
First show the Paid Jobs, after the Free Jobs and last the Extern Jobs .
We have tried to implement this but were unable to add them to the Child theme. Could you please assist us with a good solutions.
kind regards

I'll start my question once more. This crazy code doesn't have anything to do with our problem. It suddenly appeared, after I had clicked on "submit".

I think instead of you using Custom Field, you could use taxonomy "Job Type".
Later, you use the "Noo Job" shortcode to build the page based on this Job Type.

4 years, 2 months ago #1084823Hello,
The Problem is that we implemented multiple code already that we need and use. We need this sorting when wp_query is running so it automatically sorts always the Job type, so we do not need a drop down for it.
Best regards

Can you send me the code you implemented?

I see you have disabled this code in the loop.php
This is the Custom code snippet, which is required for the custom.js file to work.
Best regards,
