Hi i want to know regarding packages like for job posting package and resume package
i want to know like there is time for ads like 7 days 30 days sort of thing
i want to know like after this time period does ads get expire or get deleted or what happens i want to know
and there is another option called refresh job in package like what it does i want to know like it reactivate expired ads or what it does
and view resume does this restrict to the numbers we allot or exceeds or what it does exactly
i know this are simple question but i want to just clarify once from your side

1>7 days and 30 days membership are the limited time which an employer or a candidate can post a job or add a resume. For example, an employer has chosen Job package with 7 days membership, the package will be invalid after 7 days.
2> Refresh Job feature means if you want to give an old job to the first in the job listing. You can click to Refresh button to make it.
3> Yes, you can restrict the number of resumes which employer can view by Resume view limit option in Job Package.

After your package is expired, you need to buy another one. It cannot select another package automatically because the system doesn't know what a package do you continue buying?

After the package has expired, you don't need to create a new account to buy the new package. If you get to access your website as employer/candidate, please go to Manage Plan then click Upgrade to change other packages.
In addition, we think you should check it on your website directly. It helps you can understand the logic exactly.

Currently, we don't support a description to help you can notice the customers after a package is expired. In this case, they should go to Manage Plan page to check. If their package is expired, there will have a notification and a button "Upgrade package".
