Hi,
In the MEMBER'S MENU SECTION I select the Manage Plan link to appear on Employer's Menu but it doesn't work.
Probably I'm missing something on my config.
What do I have to do to make it happen?

But for now I have a bigger problem.
I've imported a lot of users and everything was fine.
But If I update a user (frontend or backend) my Resume (https://representantedistribuidor.com.br/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=noo_resume) and Application (https://representantedistribuidor.com.br/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=noo_application) sections stop working
(white screen attached)
Can be a new users or existing user. Doesn't matter. As soon as I updated a user it happens.
Do you have an ideia what's going on?

I have another doubt!
I've checked that just employers with Paid Packages can see Candidate's contact.
But it shows email AND phone.
There is a way I can show just the phone? I don't wanna show users emails.

For your question: Currently, Jobmonster theme supports a paid employer can see the email and phone of a candidate as you can see. If you still want to help, we will discuss with our developer who can custom for you with an extra fee.

another question.
My site is running smoothly. Everything is fine.
If I make a payment (any payment. Using wirecard or paypal doesn't matter) the site stops working.
I'm directed to checkcout page where I can see informations about my payment and then I simply can't load any page.
Any link I click the page keeps loading and loading and loading and than shows an error.

You probably can't access home page exactly because of the problem I related you (page doesn't load anymore after pay or try to pay anything):

But if you try any other page it loads:

Our developer has got access to your website then checked this issue.
The issue from your resume. Currently, you have 35000 resumes and you also show them on your Homepage by using Resume Category. That's the reason causing this issue.
The best way is that you should increase the speed of your hardware or use hosting with a premium package because we don't have any best solution for your issue.

Actually this is not the solution.
The option "View Detail Resume" just allows users to be able to visit the resume page. There is nothing related to the contact or custom fields specifically.
I want that all logged in users be able to visit resumes (so the config on "View Detail Resume" is logged-in users) BUT JUST THAT ONES WITH PAID PACKAGE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE CONTACT INFO.
This is why I did all the following things as mentioned earlier:
01. JM Jobmonster > Settings > Action Control > View Candidate Contact: Employer with Paid package.
02. Product: "Can view Candidate Contact" option checked
03. Created some custom fields selected as "Employer with Package" under View Permission
I don't know where the problem is.
If it is in the Product I've created (resume package) or in the system.
But it seems to me that when I buy a resume package and activate it it doesn't really activate my permissions to see the contact info AND selected custom fields. Despite being showed as active in my Manage Plan section.

What seems to no work at all is the View Permission "Employers with Paid Packages".
It doesn't work neither for the option "See Candidate Contact Info" (on Action Control tab) nor for Custom fields (with this Permission View selected).

The search tool on wp-admin resume page just search words that are in the Title field.
This absolutely make no sense bc when I'm talking with a customer he usually gives me his email address, username or password.
And with any of these data I don't know his Resume Title. How will I find his resume among other 35k resumes?

1- We read your post a lot of time but we cannot understand your issue clearly. You mentioned all job package and resume package so it was messy.
In case, please tell us what did you do? and the actual result also expected a result. You should give us images description if possible.
2- If you want to find Resume exactly, you should search by candidate email. Search Resume textbox in Dashboard still can search email normally.
