I am trying to improve the loading speed of my website. I use a wordpress noo palazzo theme. I think that the plugin that may be slowing down the web is one of the essentials of the template or the template itself. Because this happened from day one.
I'm very worried and I can't find out.Â

Some images have returned to the home, such as the logo. But there are still many things that have broken down on the web. I send you numbered screenshots:
1) (+ a, b, c, d). These employees go in a slyder. Now they are in column.
2) (+ a) In the "about us" tab from the menu, in Safari the video slyder of customer reviews has disappeared. For Chrome, the thumbnails have disappeared.
3) In the "about us" tab from the menu. down in the page in the "Meet our agents" section, the employee buttons do not change tabs.
4) And the menu does weird things.

Hi,
You should not use the Autoptimize plugin to compress js. This causes some jquery errors ->Â The employee buttons do not change tabs. (If you use W3 Total Cache then it is not necessary to use Autoptimize ).
- Image not show:
I am not sure about this.
Some images are base64 encoded, probably for lazyload function (image slider not show). Currently you can disable this function and check again. (Currently, I have disabled the Autoptimize and Smush plugins)
You can remove the browser cache before reload your site.

The design errors have been fixed. And know my page speed in computer is much more better. 70 score in Page Speed Insights.
But my loading speed in mobile has decrease a lot, to score 7 in Page Speed Insights. ¿could you please help me with that? maybe you can tell me tips and i can help you with the work.
