Our users reported problems with creating job alerts.
after checking the console, we found these warning related to job alert form.

the problem is appearing as guest user (not signed in)
also can you please make your above answer private to hide our site name?

We have checked and found the issue from the alert form field id.

Yes, the job alert can be created now, but the alert criteria not recorded when the job is created.
for example, the system is not recording the job category and the location when creating the alert, leaving them blank.
Please advise.

After checking again, i found that the alert criteria made by guests is not recorded, and the system is not sending alerts to guests.
only alerts created by signed in users are working normally, the alerts made by guests are not working.

only signed in users are getting email alerts, the guests are not getting anything.

We have checked the field value for the guest and user accounts. It has the same value in the database.
For the job alert, it only sends the email when a new job fits with the search fields.
Please recheck it.

Yes, but the guests are not receiving alerts now, all recorded but not receiving alerts even when the criteria is met.

I don't receive the email alert. Maybe the issue was when I forgot to select the category or location field. I have created another alert with the category and location fields selected to recheck it.
