Hi,
even though I adjusted the setting in the designer, it doesn't work. If I am directly in the customizer then it works. See picture. But if I try it logged out or with another browser, then it doesn't work. The cache is deleted.
What could be the reason?

Please make sure that you have changed the header on your homepage also. You can edit your homepage then go to Page Settings > Header setting> choose Header Transparent as this image: https://prnt.sc/nrajt5
